Loli Bahia is called upon to help round out the year, gracing the December 2024/January 2025 cover of Vogue France. Firm Viard favorite Loli Bahia is ushered in as the face of the Chanel Cruise 2025 collection. Fresh from the Coco Neige 2024 campaign offering, the French beauty takes the South of France via the lens of Jamie Hawkesworth for the Cruise 2025 campaign installment. Back in May, Viard presented the collection in Marseille (on the rooftops of the Cité Radieuse) which was subsequently the designer’s last for Chanel.

The fashion world continues to hold its breath for Chanel to appoint a creative director, following the abrupt departure of Virginie Viard in June. The powers that be at Chanel HQ endorse Loli Bahia as the face of the Coco Neige collection for 2024. The Coco Neige line was first introduced in 2018 by the late Karl Lagerfeld, dedicated to winter sports, the snow, and après-ski. Faces of the Coco Neige collection have since included Margot Robbie, Jennie (of Blackpink), and Lily-Rose Depp. Bahia, who already has umpteen Chanel advertising campaigns under her belt, poses for famed German photographer Juergen Teller. The French beauty of Algerian descent who has previously fronted the Pre-Fall 2022, Cruise 2023, Fall 2023, and Pre-Fall 2024 campaign installments, poses within the surroundings of Gabrielle Chanel’s decadent apartment at 31, Rue Cambon in Paris.

The all-important September/fall fashion issues continue to roll out, and we’re still massively here for it. After all, it’s the most important event on the print calendar, right? D la Repubblica is the latest to have our undivided attention here at theFashionSpot. Sabato De Sarno has been installed as Gucci creative director since January 2023 and continues to rely on David Sims to capture his vision of the new Gucci woman. Sims was first sought after the capture Daria Werbowy for the Marina Chain jewelry campaign, captured a handful of fresh faces for the campaign to accompany his debut Spring 2024 collection and was called upon to shoot the eyewear campaign starring Vittoria Ceretti. To no one’s amazement, De Sarno welcomes back the British fashion photographer with open arms for the Fall 2024 campaign (the designer’s second collection as creative director). Models Alaato Jazyper, Jiahui Zhang and Loli Bahia come together this season, who pose in front of Sims’ lens throughout the minimalist campaign series, shot within a photographic studio in Milan, Italy.

Donatella Versace remains loyal to Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott. After all, the legendary Italian designer has regularly called upon the photographic duo to lens Versace’s advertising campaigns since the Spring 2020 season (starring Jennifer Lopez and Kendall Jenner). The creative twosome are unsurprisingly welcomed back to shoot their ninth consecutive mainline campaign for Fall 2024. This season, Donatella opted to keep Loli Bahia on the books, who is joined by Vittoria Ceretti (and a handful of male models). The team (including stylist Jacob K) ventured outside of the studio to pay a visit to Los Angeles’ famous Chateau Marmont. Throughout the campaign imagery, the girls roam suites and corridors of the historic hotel, with Mert & Marcus both snapping away to capture each and every moment.

Virginie Viard stays loyal to a certain rooster of creatives, when enlisting photographers for Chanel’s various different advertising campaigns. Since taking up the mantle as creative director in 2019, the French fashion designer has called upon the likes of Inez van Lamsweerde & Vinoodh Matadin, Karim Sadli and Mikael Jansson. Viard calls upon Jansson once again with the unveiling of Chanel’s Pre-Fall 2024 campaign installment. Models Loli Bahia, Lulu Tenney and Alaato Jazyper assemble within the Swedish fashion photographer’s studio. Captuered both in black and white and full color, the girls don Viard’s collection which was unveiled back in December on location within the northeastern British city of Manchester.

Styled by Aleksandra Woroniecka, the industry fave (who stars in the current campaigns of Versace, Saint Laurent and Chanel) poses within Rock’s photographic studio, showcasing pieces from Mulier’s Alaïa collection against a stark white backdrop, shot in crisp black and white.
