The American singer, actress, and beauty mogul poses for photographer Morgan Maher on location in New York. Katie Grand styled Gomez over six collectible covers. Grand selected looks from DKNY, Saint Laurent, Simone Rocha, Valentino, Christopher Kane for Self-Portrait, and Self-Portrait for the occasion.

At Perfect, Bryan Grey Yambo and Katie Grand sure do love themselves some Rihanna. After all, three whole months haven’t even passed since the global superstar made a surprise appearance on Issue 6.5 of the London-based fashion publication. The issue was a complete sell-out and given said success, the co-editors-in-chief bring back the Barbadian superstar onto a fresh batch of covers for Issue 7. Via the lens of photographer Carlijn Jacobs, Rihanna is splashed across not one but five highly collectable and dynamic covers. Shot within the surroundings of the historic Paramour Estate in Los Angeles, Rihanna is simply “full-fierce” with a mouth full of spaghetti, putting Midas to shame (dripping in gold) or channeling her wild side in leopard print Dolce & Gabbana.

Perfect Magazine is hellbent on making sure we’re aware Issue #6 will be available on shelves February 15. The UK-based fashion magazine revealed the first of its mammoth 50-cover extravaganza earlier this month, in conjunction with Bella Hadid opting to stage a modeling comeback who posed across four fierce and utterly fabulous covers – setting the tone of what was to follow.

Models (or supermodels for that matter) were seemingly top priority as cover stars for editors-in-chief Bryan Yambao and Katie Grand. The pair serve up none other than a handful of fashion’s finest, including Linda Evangelista, Christy Turlington, Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss and Jerry Hall (to name a select few), who either pose for photographers Willy Vanderperre, David Bailey or Malick Bodian.

Across the remaining cover portraits feature the likes of fashion designers Alessandro Michele and Daniel Lee, actor Mark Ruffalo, actresses Elizabeth Debicki, Kim Cattrall and Christina Ricci, and singers Beth Ditto and Charli XCX to name just a few.

Since its debut back in 2021 with the unveiling of Issue #0, Perfect has become a magazine within a league of its own. The biannual publication founded by stylist Katie Grand and now edited by Bryan Yambao (also known as fashion influencer Bryanboy), has favored multi-covers since day one and along with the launch of Issue #5 for the Fall 2023 season, the title has undergone a redesign and boasts a new format.

In order to generate as much hype as possible, a grand total of 29 covers have been produced for us to deliberate over and collect. Cover stars on this occasion include Dominique Fishback, Kesewa Aboah, Vittoria Ceretti, Corbin Shaw, Natasha Poly, Rick Owens, Gwendoline Christie, Leon Dame, Kylie Minogue, Ida Heiner, América González, Davika Hoorne, Adwoa Aboah, Ned Sims, Ikram Abdi, Oluchi Onweagba, Zayn Malik, Alexandra Daddario, Gabrielle Union and Steve Mackey.

As per usual with multi-covers, only a select few are guaranteed to standout from the rest. “The Vittoria Ceretti cover is the only one that would make you stop IRL,” voiced Lola701.
“Love Vittoria’s and Kylie,” echoed Xone.
“Only the covers with Vittoria and Kylie are the best, the others are kinda dull,” VogueGirl8910 chimed in.
